One of the first signature chef restaurants in the Cape Winelands, the Jordan Restaurant with George Jardine brings top chef George Jardine’s brand of contemporary fare from city to country. The focus on the flavours of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients is evident from his kitchen vegetable and herb garden to wine barrel fish smoker and wood-fired oven.

Vintages from Jordan Wine Estate form the cornerstone of the restaurants wine list. The Jordan Restaurant is also a showcase for exclusive vintages of the Jordan Wine Estate Cape Winemakers Guild wines, along with choice wines from other Stellenbosch wineries. Cool and contemporary, the restaurant features a tranquil terrace with stunning views overlooking the vineyards and lake next to the Jordan cellar and tasting room.

R200 p.p. for a walk through the underground barrel cellar followed by a tasting in their Vinoteque of 2 vintage wines** from their cellar and 4 wines from their current selection. (Min 4pax per booking). Approx Duration: 1hr

R180 p.p. for a harvest tour experience. Experience the harvest activities in the cellar, taste juice and fermenting wines from tank, taste additional wines outside on the terrace. Only during harvest.* Approx Duration: 1hr

Exclusive Vineyard and Cellar Experience

“Experience the Synergy of Soul and Soil at Jordan”

(Minimum 2, maximum 10, weather permitting, pre-booking required, subject to availability)

R400 p.p. for a tour of the vineyards in an open safari-style game viewing Land Rover, with stops to experience the spectacular views of False and Table Bays as well as the flora and fauna of the Cape Winelands. Guests will experience the terroir and geology of the estate whilst tasting a selection wines in the sustainably grown vineyards. This includes a cellar tour with additional wines to be tasted in the barrel cellar or on the terrace.* Approx Duration: 1½ – 2 hrs

R500 p.p. for a NINE YARDS WALK: A guided walking tour through the vineyards of Jordan Wine Estate, exploring the vineyards sites that make Jordan Wine Estate and their Nine Yards Chardonnay so unique and world class. Includes a Jordan cap, sunscreen and a tasting of Nine Yards Chardonnay in the vineyards. Approx Duration: 1½ – 2 hrs

R3000 per group to hire their Vinoteque Cellar exclusively for vintage tastings. Includes: a tasting of 2 vintage wines**, 4 current selection, as well as Cobblers Hill & Mellifera (8 wines). Approx Duration: 2 hrs
