Dornier is a family-owned and run boutique winery, producing a range of hand crafted specialty wines. Dornier Wines is located on two estates, both with a rich history that dates back to 1694. They create wines of seamless character and elegance and specialize in food friendly wines that are contemporary, appealing to the wine lover of today and showing a clear identity of the region and those who made the wines.

Their Contemporary Farm Cuisine is all about honest and transparent food, fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from selected suppliers. Their seasonal menus are matched with a wine list made up of predominantly Dornier wines. Bodega's cuisine is all about fine food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere.
